Shipping Policy
A thoughtful beauty order deserves clear information from packing through delivery.
Learn how we prepare skincare, cosmetics and gift sets, what can affect cross-border transit, and how we help when a parcel is delayed or arrives with a problem.
What happens after your purchase
Each order moves through a preparation process before it reaches a carrier. We review the purchased items, quantities, selected cosmetic shades where relevant, shipping details and payment status so that the shipment can be matched to the order.
Skincare jars, bottles, tubes, hair care items and curated gift sets have different packing needs. Some orders require additional preparation because they contain multiple sets or a combination of smaller and larger products.
Processing can vary with item availability, order volume, verification needs, weekends and public holidays. A checkout confirmation is not itself confirmation that a parcel has been dispatched.
Care for beauty items in transit
We take product format into account when preparing shipments. Liquid cleansers, creams, glass packaging and cosmetic products may be vulnerable to leakage, pressure or impact, while boxed gift collections can need protection to preserve their contents.
Appropriate protective packaging depends on the item and the shipping method. External cartons may acquire marks in transit without affecting the contents, but leakage, cracked containers, broken seals or contamination are not merely cosmetic concerns.
If a delivered item appears unsafe to use, retain the product and package where practical, take clear photographs and contact us before applying it.
Transit times are estimates
Delivery expectations depend on the destination, carrier, service selected, local transportation conditions and any import or screening procedures. Any estimated timeframe displayed at checkout or communicated after dispatch is indicative unless expressly identified as a guaranteed service.
Tracking events can appear in batches and may not update immediately at handoffs between carriers. An interval without a new scan does not always mean that a shipment has stopped moving.
If you are buying skincare or a gift set for a particular occasion, please account for possible delivery variability rather than assuming arrival on a specific day.
How shipping charges are determined
Shipping charges, when applicable, may reflect shipment destination, selected service, parcel dimensions, weight and the quantity of goods purchased. A larger beauty collection or multiple multipacks may require different shipping arrangements from a single small item.
Review the shipping options and amounts shown at checkout before paying. Additional carrier or destination charges, where applicable, may be distinct from the storefront shipping fee.
Check recipient information carefully
Please review the recipient name, telephone number, postal code, street, unit or suite number, city and country. Incorrect details can result in failed delivery attempts, a parcel being held, or its return to the sender.
If you spot an error, email [email protected] with your order number and the correction as soon as possible. We can review an update request, but changes cannot be assured once packing or carrier handover has begun.
Do not send sensitive payment information when requesting an address correction.
When one order is split
An order containing several beauty bundles, cleansing products or gift sets may arrive in more than one parcel because of packing constraints, stock location or fulfillment arrangements.
Separate shipments can have different tracking references and delivery dates. If a package appears to contain fewer items than expected, first compare its contents with the available dispatch notices and confirm whether another parcel is on the way.
Customs and product restrictions
Cross-border orders may encounter customs examination, local import documentation requirements, duties or taxes. Responsibility for charges depends on the destination, checkout terms, applicable rules and the delivery arrangement used; not all import charges are necessarily included in a product price.
Some destinations apply specific controls to cosmetics, creams, liquids, aerosols or products with particular ingredients. Carriers can also limit which goods they transport by certain methods.
Where restrictions or required documentation prevent normal delivery, we may need to contact you to discuss available next steps. We cannot promise that every product can be shipped to every location.
What can interrupt delivery
Carrier capacity, severe weather, inspection holds, holidays, transport disruption and incomplete recipient details may extend delivery beyond an initial estimate. A delay does not automatically establish that an item is lost.
If tracking seems unusually static or the carrier requests information, contact support with your order number and tracking reference. We can review the records available and, where appropriate, seek clarification from the fulfillment or delivery partner.
Marked delivered but not located
Check your order address, building reception, parcel lockers, designated safe places and anyone authorized to receive deliveries. Carrier records can sometimes identify the location of a delivery scan.
If the parcel remains missing, let us know the order number, tracking details and what you have checked. We will assess the circumstances using the available information; a delivered scan is not by itself a complete assessment of every dispute.
Damage, shortages and wrong items
For cracked jars, leaking bottles, compromised seals, incorrect shades, damaged gift packaging affecting contents or missing units in a multipack, photograph the item and its packaging before disposal. Explain exactly which items or quantities do not match the order.
Do not use a product that appears contaminated or physically unsafe. Our team may ask for photos of the shipping label, internal packing materials and any batch marking visible on the packaging to evaluate the concern.
Resolutions depend on the facts and applicable customer rights and may involve replacement, refund or another appropriate remedy.
Cancellations and shipment changes
If you need to remove an item, change a cosmetic shade, modify the quantity of a set or cancel an order, please contact us promptly. A requested change may be possible before fulfillment advances, but not every modification can be made after dispatch preparation.
Where a requested change is no longer possible, our support team can explain the next steps available once the shipment reaches you, subject to product condition and the applicable return arrangements.
Shipping support and correspondence
To help us locate your shipment quickly, include your order number, delivery destination and tracking number where available. If the concern is physical damage or incorrect contents, add clear photographs and a short description.
