Return and Refund Policy
A clear route to help when a product arrives damaged, incomplete or not as ordered.
Skincare and cosmetics call for particular attention to seals, hygiene, shades and set contents. We explain how concerns are reviewed without inventing a universal return deadline.
A practical review of each concern
When an order is not what you expected, we want the review process to focus on what actually happened. A sealed moisturizer you no longer want, a leaking cleanser and a gift set missing several items present different issues and may call for different remedies.
Requests are assessed using the reason for return, product condition, order details and applicable consumer protections. No fixed discretionary return window is stated here; contact us to confirm what arrangements can apply to your request.
Condition matters for voluntary returns
For returns requested because of preference or a changed decision, unopened, unused items in original and resalable condition are generally more suitable for consideration. Protective seals, internal packaging and completeness of a multipack may affect eligibility.
Please contact support before opening a product if you suspect that you selected an unsuitable shade or configuration. A preference-based return is distinct from a claim that an item is faulty, incorrect or misdescribed.
Opened cosmetics and personal care products
Products used on the face, lips, skin or hair can raise hygiene concerns once opened. Applied BB creams, used lip balms, opened skincare jars or bottles and items with broken hygiene seals may not qualify for discretionary returns.
This does not remove remedies available for products that were defective, incorrectly supplied or otherwise nonconforming when received. We review such claims on their merits rather than assuming an opened item has no protection.
What to send to customer support
Email [email protected] with the order number, product title, reason for the request and whether the item remains sealed and unused. For an issue with the delivered goods, describe the discrepancy and attach clear photographs where feasible.
If you have received an incorrect shade or quantity, identify the choice shown on the order confirmation and the actual option received. We may request images of packaging labels or available lot markings when relevant.
Do not return goods before receiving instructions; the business address is not automatically the correct returns warehouse.
Leaks, breakage and compromised seals
For glass containers that have cracked, bottles that have leaked, broken dispensers, damaged seals or products that appear contaminated, please stop using the affected product and preserve the packaging when practical.
Photographs of the outer parcel, internal protection, item condition and shipping label can help distinguish transit damage from a packing or product issue. We will assess the available evidence and discuss an appropriate remedy.
Do not apply products that appear unsafe or compromised while an issue is being reviewed.
Wrong shades, items or quantities
Check the order confirmation against what arrived. Cosmetic shade selection, whether a listing describes individual pieces or packs, and the number of complete gift sets ordered can be important to this review.
When something is missing or incorrect, tell us which product or component is affected. We may check for a second parcel before confirming that an item is missing.
Multipacks and curated gift sets
A beauty collection sold as a single set is generally reviewed as the purchased configuration. For discretionary returns, all included items, inserts and packaging may need to be present and in acceptable condition.
Returning only one unit from a discounted multipack does not necessarily establish eligibility for a proportional change-of-mind refund. Where a bundle was delivered incomplete or contains defective products, the relevant remedy will be assessed separately.
When only part of an order is affected
Some circumstances may support a partial refund or replacement of only the affected goods, for example when one item in an otherwise complete order is damaged or a quantity shortfall is confirmed.
Any proposed amount should reflect the transaction, applicable bundle pricing and customer rights. We will not treat a suggested partial refund as agreed simply because it has been offered.
Approval and repayment
Once an appropriate refund is approved, repayment will usually be directed through the original payment route where supported. Processing time may vary according to payment provider, bank and transaction checks.
The amount may depend on which goods are affected, what was paid and the circumstances of the return. Applicable mandatory remedies take priority over discretionary store arrangements.
If funds have not appeared
If a confirmed refund is not visible, check the original payment account and any transaction notices. Banks and payment services may take additional time to post a reversal or credit.
Contact support with the order number and refund confirmation if you need us to review the available processing record. Never provide full payment card numbers or verification codes by email.
Sale items and bundled pricing
A promotional purchase does not lose applicable rights just because its price was reduced. For a discretionary return, the offer terms, product condition and original payment amount may be relevant.
Where several products were sold together at a promotional set price, the value of one returned component cannot always be determined by dividing the total evenly; we will explain any proposed calculation.
Shade changes and replacement options
Exchange possibilities depend on the product, the reason for the request, its condition and replacement availability. A sealed but unwanted cosmetic shade is different from an incorrect shade sent by mistake.
Because opened lip and face products may be unsuitable for resale, change-of-mind exchanges after use may be restricted. Incorrect or defective goods will be reviewed against applicable remedies.
Orders purchased for another person
Gift recipients can contact us about an issue, but we may need the purchaser’s order details to verify the transaction. Refunds are typically arranged through the original payment method where feasible rather than converted into an unrequested cash payment to the recipient.
For gift sets, keep all components together when seeking a return and identify any item that is missing or damaged.
Packaging and shipping responsibility
Do not mail a product back until the return location and instructions are confirmed. If a return is authorized, protect fragile containers, prevent leakage and use a transport service that accepts the product format.
Who pays for return shipping depends on the reason for the return, any agreed arrangement and applicable rules. Faulty, misdescribed or incorrect goods may need different treatment from a discretionary change-of-mind return.
Retain tracking or posting evidence if available, particularly for valuable beauty collections or international return parcels.
Suitability, sensitivity and product concerns
Skin sensitivity varies by person. Discontinue use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice when appropriate. We may ask for the product name, photographs of its label and a description of the concern to help identify the item.
There is usually no need to provide detailed medical records or intimate photographs for an ordinary support request. A sensitivity report is taken seriously but does not, on its own, establish that the product is defective or determine a particular remedy.
